This policy explains what information PRSVR collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. PRSVR operates at 1171 S Buffalo Dr, Unit 110, Las Vegas, NV 89117.

1. What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you tell us when you fill out a form, book a class, buy a membership or trial, or talk to a coach.
• Booking and account information: the classes you book and attend, and your membership or purchase history, handled through our scheduling provider.
• Fitness information you choose to share: goals, and body composition or nutrition consult results if you take part in those services.
• Website information: pages viewed, the pages that referred you, and general device and browser information collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not collect payment card numbers ourselves. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

2. How we use it

• To book you into classes and run your membership or trial
• To send you the information you asked for, such as how to book your first class
• To send class reminders, schedule changes, offers, and updates by email or text, where you have opted in
• To answer your questions and provide coaching and support
• To understand how our website is used and improve it
• To meet legal, tax, and safety obligations

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the gym, and only so they can do that work for us. These currently include our class booking and membership platform, our email and text messaging platform, and our payment processor. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our members and staff.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand which pages people visit, and recognize you when you return so our forms work correctly. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

6. Your choices

• Email: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
• Text: reply STOP to any message.
• Access, correction, or deletion: contact us and we will update or delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep.

Opting out of marketing does not stop messages we need to send about a class you booked or a membership you hold.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are a member or lead, and afterwards only as long as we need it for legitimate business, accounting, or legal reasons.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we rely on established providers for booking, messaging, and payments. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our website and marketing messages are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Training for minors is arranged directly with a parent or guardian.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
