We do not make contracts on our memberships. but we do have a mandatory 30-day cancellation policy for them. Our members should be here because they want to, not because they are locked in.

Every member gets one complimentary freeze for up to 30 days. After that, there is a $19.99 fee per 4 weeks.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy on personal training sessions. There is a 2-hour cancellation policy for group sessions and a $3.99 no-show or late cancellation fee.

This depends on each person's needs and preferences; we offer personal or small-group training. These styles of sessions are designed by our certified coaches so our members always get a solid workout.
